I asked the front desk if they took my insurance and they said they did. Just to be sure, I asked them to call anyways and that I wanted to make sure there were no hidden/additional charges for a routine cleaning. The front desk called and assured me that the amount that my insurance covers is what they charge, so there will be no cost coming back to me. I got a bill for over $100. This is after the insurance did pick up over $200. After talking to the front desk about lowering the bill for such a standard procedure, not to mention the fact I was told one thing then after the fact told something entirely different, they said I still had to pay the remainder of the bill. I will never go to this dentist again. The have inflated prices and will do anything to get you to come in then bill you something entirely different later! Save your money and go elsewhere.
