Dr. Steven T Kmucha, MD, JD, FACS

I was a patient for more than 10 years; but needed to find another ENT doc when Dr Kmucha moved his practice out of the area. From my first visit to my last I could rely on him to update himself concerning my health prior to each appointment. He remained knowledgeable concerning medications and possible adverse side effects. In an emergency I couldn’t reach treating physician or pharmacy. I called Dr Kmucha who promptly returned my call. He asked one question that pinpointed the source of my non-life threatening drug interaction. Although my new ENT is capable, I really miss Dr. Kmucha’s diagnostic expertise, no-nonsense approach and dry humor.

I am personally disappointed with this doctor. The things he said were upsetting and shocking. I can't believe a doctor would speak to a patient in that manner. Should have read yelp reviews and other sites before I saw him. I felt insulted and disrespected as a patient. The doctor tried to belittle me by quizzing me about the signs and symptoms of an illness expecting me to know. Patients reach out to doctors for help, not to be quizzed about medical knowledge that patients are not expected to know. This is the first time I've ever experienced such a horrible time with a doctor and I've worked with and have seen many. Remember as a patient you have a choice when seeing a doctor whether you self-pay or have medical insurance and if you need a referral (HMO insurance) you can request an in-network doctor from your insurance then advice your PCP of who you'd like to see. Doctors get paid when they see patients so a patient should be treated nicely and with respect. In my opinion, I do… not agree with a doctor who tries to belittle a patient; it's unethical and unprofessional. Again, I feel yelp is a great source for reviews in general especially because people open up and share their experiences with others. Thank you other yelpers and other people for voicing opinions and for sharing your personal experiences it is always helpful.

This guy has some real bad bedside manners. . The doctor said that I was rude and difficult to deal with... he told me he simply didn't care and ask for me to take my mother to a different doctor. I simply gave him the same attitude and told him I will never step a foot in his office again. He thinks he has a God like attitude. In my profession I work with customers all day long and never I have experienced any one like him.

Super cool doctor. I have really bad allergies, and he has been the only one to really assess my situation correctly, and give me the best product for my issues. I appreciate Dr. Kmucha tremendously. I don't think I'd enjoy the outdoors if it weren't for him, and for that, I am forever grateful.

Dr Kmucha has been taking care of me since I can remember, I've been having problems with my system since I was a kid. He's been so helpful in explaining every process along the way thoroughly so I can understand!

Dr. Kmucha is amazing at what he does. He is so kind, understanding, and very informative, helping you really understand what you question. I feel so blessed to be one of his clients.

Although quite a few visits were required to resolve my horrible ear infection, the great news is every appointment started on time, and I never felt rushed. Dr. Kmucha took the time to answer all of my questions. I wouldn't hesitate even a second to recommend him to to anyone.

Dr. Kmucha is the kindest, most caring and knowledgable physician physician/surgeon I have met. His staff is great and office is friendly.

I have always had such wonderful and positive visits with Dr. Kmucha. I would recommend him to anyone and absolute everyone. He is truly fantastic!
