Dr. Steven Mark Levine, MD

I joined Kaiser Permanente because I am committed to the kind of integrated care that it uniquely provides to its many communities. I am privileged to work at a busy medical center with campuses in Oakland and Richmond, where there are several residency training programs. I particularly enjoy the ability to interact with a very diverse community. An emergency room visit is almost never planned, and can be the most memorable interaction with the Kaiser system a member has, so I try to leave a positive impression at the end of the visit. I am proud to be a member of my department and to an organization which has such a high commitment to service, quality and excellence.
