Very very painful. They did great getting me back and taking care of me.

Overall the nurses and staff were great. Felt like they cared that I was in pain. They took great care of me and no complaints.

Dr. Lewis and his surgical team at the Outpatient Surgery Center (along with his nurse Sherri) did a wonderful job with my tonsillectomy experience. I am so glad that I was in their care!! They answered all my questions and were so patient with me.

I was not at all happy with the treatment I received in the ED. I was treated as if I was seeking pain medication and I was. I needed pain medicine for my bladder even though I didn’t have a stone I was having pain like a stone. Bobbie the nurse brought me a tramadol I said I need something stronger, she held her hand up and said stop you don’t have a stone I said do I have a UTI she said you have a lot of fecal in the CT you will probably need Miralax. I said that doesn’t cause blood in urine, do I have uti she said I don’t know about that but you will need miralax I can’t believe how badly I was treated and I’m an employee of St. Bernard’s makes me wonder how others are treated.

It was good and reliable service and fast and got out and feel a bit less sore

We went in because our son sliced his finger with scissors. It was a deep cut. The ER waiting room has a couple of people waiting to be seen. They triaged us and sent us back out to wait. Nobody even looked at his finger for an hour and 20 minutes after we got there. They decided to glue it instead of do stitches which was great if that would work. A young lady cleaned came into the room to clean the finger up. She was great. Another lady came in to apply the glue and give the tetanus shot. She was nice. She put so much glue on his cut that it was almost 1/4” thick on his finger. We were told to keep the hospital bandage on for three days, remove that, clean the wound, and apply a new bandage. We were told to keep it covered as much as possible. When I removed the bandage on day 3, there was no sign of the dermabond glue. The cut had opened back up and looked terrible. It looks as if no glue was applied.
