Cancelled my appointment 4 hours beforehand, because he refuses to do telehealth. Website says "all providers do telehealth". Had the telehealth appointment for 5 weeks. Should have made an exception or let me know that weeks ago. Instead I get to wait even longer to see a provider. 1 Star for him 1 star for BHSI administration.

I found Dr. Lutzwick to be a kind and caring doctor. Very unpretentious and seemed to genuinely care about helping me. I was able to see him within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment. Staff were also very friendly. Would recommend him to friends.

I've been seeing Dr. Lutzwick for about 3 years. I've found him to be well informed including new treatments and the nuances of multiple psychiatric and non-psychiatric medications. He will make alternative medicine referrals as needed. He is a gentle and strong listener and allocates the time needed for each patient. Because of this he oftentimes runs late. I would reccommend Dr. Lutzwick for both the new and experienced patient.

He was the most uncaring, uncommunicative,insensitive psychiatrist I've ever been to and I've been to several in the past. He has no business being one. I was agitated after having waited for an HOUR to see him and he didn't know what to do with me. He always runs over and his patients wait a LONG time to see him because he runs over the alloted time that he's with a patient ALL the time. NO consideration for the patients waiting in the waiting room!

I have seen Dr. Lutzwick for many years and have found him to be very professional and knowledgeable in his field, especially in his knowlege of medications. He takes whatever time he needs with me, listens to my concerns. He is very honest with me and I feel he is very caring. He always lets the final decision on my care up to me. He gives me options. One of the most caring doctors that I have seen thus far.....The Best of the Best! Wouldn't hesitate to send anyone I know to Dr. Lutzwick. He is worth the wait (if there is one) in the waiting room.
