He began his career in Audiology at Southwest Regional Rehabilitation Center in Battle Creek. My wait time was little to none. I really appreciate the speed at which I was helped. Dr. Malachi is always very polite and explains everything that he is doing. I feel very well informed on what his testing has showed. Thank you for your treatment

I have worked with Steve for more than a decade now, as I have been fitted with first one, then two hearing aids. Steve has been the consummate professional, helping me make choices and teaching me me about the technology of hearing aids. I find him to understanding, compassionate, and helpful. I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

Dr. malocha spent extra time giving me a hearing test when I was only scheduled to have my hearing aids programmed. I appreciated not having not to reschedule. I switched from a big name office in the Detroit area and am getting a more professional experience with Dr. Malocha
