Pleasant enough, but was scheduled for MOHS surgery months in advance, on my face. They called to reschedule a few weeks before. No problem, but MOHS surgery requires a plastic surgeon and pathologist who tests the tissue when each layer is removed until they get all the cancer cells. I get there, no plastic surgeon or pathologist. He never bothered to explain that he was doing an entirely different surgery. I would think a conversation beforehand was in order, as well as my agreement would be the proper way to address. When pressed, he said "PS left the practice" but didn't explain anything. I should have left! Consulted with a PS immediately afterwards and followed their care instructions which were directly conflicting with his. So glad I did! You don't put 10 stitches in a woman's face unnecessarily with no PS. No basal cell found so entire procedure was unnecessary which he would have known if MOHS was performed. Will not be back and would never recommend!

Dr. Mandrea has been doing my botox and fillers for a couple of years and I constantly get complimented. He takes his time and gives me a natural and beautiful look and I highly recommend him.
