Dr. Steven Meltzer received his D.M.D. from the University of Connecticut School Of Dental Medicine in 1974. He completed the certificate in periodontology from 1978-80 at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, and served as Chief Resident at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine from 1979-80. In private practice for twenty years, Dr. Meltzer has extensive training in periodontology and is certified in Branemark, Steri-Oss and Core-Vent Implants. Â
He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology, the Connecticut Society of Periodontics, the Connecticut State Dental Association and the Hartford Dental Society.
