I found Dr. Milkis through a friend and he is awesome! Dr. Milkis is perfect for me, he is a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) but his knowledge is very well rounded. He will utilize whatever approach suits his patient and the situation - be it based in a more natural treatment or a more western treatment. (I like to think of it that he has a bigger toolbox than most doctors). He takes time to ask questions, he works with you, and he really listens. In one specific issue I had, he saved me time, hassle, and worry because he took the time to ask a ton of questions and do a proper exam. (His appointments are generally longer than the 7-15 minutes you may be used to with many doctors.) My old traditional MD would have most likely just shuffled me off to a specialist after a few standard questions. The bottom line about how I feel about Dr. Milkis is that I know with certainty that I've got a very knowledgeable doctor on my side that I can truly talk to. Very cool guy.
