Wonderful team

My thumb was ruined after a surgery with him when a cast was put on too tight at home- I called his office asking what to do and he is SO busy- at Shriners, admin duty, speaking, his office said not to change my cast to a brace only for me to learn years later from another patient, I should have been changed to a brace. The 2nd casting even made it worse. Then he was dismissive of my complaints over the years and never diagnosed my cmc arthritis- flew all the way to MN many times only to google the differential diagnosis of deQs tendonitis when my wrist would not heal. Learned at home I had severe arthritis- Not so good for a so called arthritis expert.

Dr Moran is an excellent surgeon and a wonderful man. I couldn't begin to tell about the 3 year ordeal I went through. Dr Moran is a miracle worker!!

In 2003 I was airlifted to St. Mary's Hospital after I had run my hand through a circular saw at work. Dr. Moran performed surgery that night, I didn't know if I would wake up minus three fingers. Fortunately for me, Dr. Moran was able to save all of my fingers. After lots of physical therapty and five more surgeries I have a very functional hand that has no limitations. I truly believe that there are very few doctors that could have done what Dr. Moran did for me. I will be eternally thankful to him for his amazing expertise and care and compassion.
