The worst experience EVER

What an awful experience. Never even asked my 11 year where her rash was on scalp or ears. Looked everywhere on head EXCEPT where the rash was and refused to look in/at ear. Rash was at opening of ear. Said to go to ENT for ear. Said to use shampoo for scalp and come back for something else if it's still itchy. I asked for something now or if I can just call and tell him it's still itchy because I didn't want to pay to come back just to say it's still itchy. He said no, you have to make an appt and come in!! Awful bedside manners. Told me I can just go and get a second opinion. He should be embarrassed for the way he treated us. Also appt at 1040, got there on time, he saw us at 1125. I wish we would have read reviews and it's no wonder he had availability!!

When I was looking for a dermatologist on Cape Cod, Dr. Moreno was the only one accepting new patients. Now I understand why. After one visit, I will never return. Poor service from doctor & office staff.

Staff is dismissive, focus is about payment and he has absolutely no bed side manner. Very transactional experience, don't settle for him.

He was very rude. He interrupted me a lot. He wouldn't let me ask more than a couple questions. He has a very specific order of how he wants you to discuss your issue. For example, he just wants to hear what you have to say first. He doesn't want to see any picture until later-- he will interrupt you and say put your phone away for now. He was condescending. STAY AWAY.
