He inserted testosterone pellets in my left glutes WITHOUT numbing the area. I cried from how bad it hurt and begged him to stop. Previous to this, he tried to sell some weird treatment to me of flushing out my blood for some reason or another. Just. Weird. I stopped after that one visit, never again.

I recently underwent both a bladder and prostate study at Dr. Morganstern's office. I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. I was also given a positive can-do mindset when leaving as well. GREAT JOB Doc and Staff!

If you think or have a serious issue other than sexual dysfunction issues: Go to a real doctor . This is not a traditional doctors office and you will only see a nurse practitioner who will not be able to answer your questions or concerns . Simply put ; a waste of time and co-pay.

Doctor prescribed a medicine with no consult or timeline. I lost all of my hair and gained weight. Should've researched the medicine. It's not FDA approved. Just trusted the WRONG doctor.

Be prepared to face scare tactics as they try coerce you to sign a contract for medical services (and supplements) that you may or may not need. What kind of doctor asks you to sign a contract on the spot? What kind of doctor sells supplements (which are not FDA regulated)?

When you call you are told that Dr. Morganstern already has a full patient load and you can only see a nurse practioner and they are all female -- although he states that he is a doctor that caters to male urology. So disappointed!

Don't waste your money lots of hidden charges. After 4 visits never saw the doctor only staff very troubling. And then come the binding legal contract to sign before treatment on how monies are collected if you fail to pay.

Not pleased with the billing department. Not knowledgeable about how to use the right billing codes so that the insurance will pay.
