Dr. Steven Charles Morreale, MD

I would rate less if I could. After being in the ER with a serious symptom of coughing up blood, you would think your doctor would do his best to get you seen in a timely manner. Nope. My appointment was canceled with out any office member calling me. I had taken that day off from work for that specific appointment. When I was able to reschedule the receptionist put down the wrong time and they were running very behind, making me again miss work. Finally when I was seen Dr. Steven Morrale was very unprofessional and down right rude. Being a doctor you would think he would care about his patients especially one who has has serious symptoms and not too mention we are in a pandemic. He told me "Sorry I can't change science" and "you should find a new PCP" when I expressed my concerns about how disorganized the office was. It was a very rushed visit and I did not get to speak my other health concerns. If you have a problem working customer service you should not be a doctor as talking to… patients is a big portion of the job. Do not waste your time with this office, it is a nightmare and they do not care about your well being or time.

Dr. Morreale is very caring, thorough and knowledgeable. He always puts his patient's needs first.
