Dr. Steven Allie Mortazavi, MD

As a patient of this practice, I can say it is a nightmare. There is no human contact with Dr. M. Despite asking for an appt. Or to just speak with him you’re told you have to go thru his assistant. Visits are short and if they decide to cut you down with your medicine, there is no communication about it. You don’t find out until your Rx is called in, and they won’t speak to you about it till your next appointment in 3 months. No discussion that he’s tapering you, what side effects you can expect, it’s very assembly line attitude with no compassion at all for the patients. It’s just “this is the way it is, and If you don’t like it, you can go elsewhere.” (How nice, thank you !) Which I finally made the decision to do after finding another place. Try it at your own risk, you’ve been warned.

This doctor is a nasty human being. I over heard him talking to his employees and if I was his employee I would sue him for sexual harassment. He wouldn’t wear a mask in the visit and when I over heard him talking to his female employee I over heard him say that COVID was fake and not real. I’m never giving this guy another dime. He also owns Valley Wellness Center and I’m sure he treats his employees there the same way. If I could give no starts I would. Find yourself a different doctor.

If I could give him and his practice a negative star rating I would.

Dr.Mortazavi is a nasty human being. He refuses to wear a mask. Now during the virus??? what a creep!!!!! he only cares about himself! in a sick manner.

In it for the money staff turnover and PA turnover is unbelievable no personal communication

Dr. Mortazavi has renewed my ability to continue to lead a higher than average active lifestyle of running and landscaping a restoring home's. He saved my love of life. End of story.

I HAVE BEEN IN PAIN MANAGEMENT FOR 20 YRS. I HAVE SEEN MOSTLY ALL OF THE DRS IN THE LEHIGH VALLEY. FOR ALL THE PPL THAT WRONGLY THINK THIS IS AN INJECTION MILL, TRY COMPREHENSIVE PAIN. THEY TELL YOU STRAIGHT OUT, NO INJECTIONS, NO MEDICATION. THOUGH NOT TECHNICALLY ILLEGAL, DEFINITELY MORALLY REPREHENSIBLE. YOUR INS COMPANY AND THE STATE GARNER THE REGULATIONS REGARDING URINENALISYS NOT THE DR. IF YOU KNOW YOU HAVE ANXIETY DISORDER, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO MEDICATE YOURSELF PRIOR TO THE PROCEDURE. EVEN STILL THEY WILL GLADLY GIVE YOU SOMETHING AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A DRIVER. AND IF DISHONEST PPL WEREN'T PICKING UP OTHERS PRESCRIPTIONS ILLEGALLY, THERE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN A REASON TO IMPLEMENT THAT PROCEDURE. I DON'T ALWAYS HAVE ALL OF MY MEDS IN MY SYSTEM BECAUSE I SELF TRANSPORT, NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE. THAT'S WHY YOU SIGN THE PAPER DECLARING WHAT YOU'VE INGESTED IN THE LAST 24 HOURS. THEY ASK YOU AT LEAST TWICE. THE ONLY PPL I HAVE EVER SEEN DISCHARGED WERE ONES WITH SUBSTANCES… IN THEIR SYSTEM THAT WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE THERE. THIS PRACTICE IS VERY STRICT ON THAT ISSUE, AS THEY SHOULD BE.

Very caring staff! Dr Mortizavi listens to me. Don’t now how anyone can have a issue with Valle Pain! Besides he has a great sense of humor and anyone who has a sense of humor makes me relax. I wld recommend him to anyone!

Sciatic nerve,..limp,pain,no sleep in 2 months. Went to Dr. Steve yesterday got treated and slept for 7 hours straight last nite without pain killers. This morning I can walk slowly and look forward to a positive recovery. Dr. Steve's bedside manor is fantasic. He explains everything. This was my first visit and return for additional treatment in 2 weeks and will update,.. but I feel like a new person, not perfect yet but considering the discomfort I had I feel my original self after 2 months of chronic pain and look forward to my next treatment. It is lawful in PA to have someone pick up your medicine scripts. But, mortazavi goes beyond the law and requires ill patients to travel hour(s) round trip for a piece of paper!!! Even if the patient is near bed ridden!!! NO COMPASSION at Valley Pain Specialists where he works (plus, look at Valley Pain Specialists 'Google Search Engine' reviews; many, many one star reviews for rude staff). ...
