Very personable and professional. Wait time was minimal in both waiting room and exam room.

He looked at it, sprayed it, checked my body for other signs, rescheduled in a year, and still found time to be pleasant and ??

I could hear him in the hallway loudly talking about me. Then he walked in to the room complaining about my past medical history, didn’t say hello or anything, told me to get on the table and said thank god it was just an easy diagnosis. He asked what medication I’ve been prescribed in the past, they ordered it and sent me on my way. He was in the room maybe a minute and a half tops. He has absolutely no bedside manner at all. I have had good luck with other doctors in this practice but will not go back to him. I just saw the first available doctor and I can see why he had availability.

I have had over ten moles removed without issue, except the one removed recently by Dr. Neubauer. He denied me use of topical anesthetic prior to lidocaine injection because he said it would take too long. After removing the tiny mole he put a bandaid on it and left. When I changed my bandaid the next day I became physically ill when I saw what he had done to my arm. It was a very large, deep wound. He gave me no warning that it would look like that. It has been six days and my biopsy site still hurts and looks horrible. I will not be seeing him for future mole checks.

Didn't listen to patient and made instant diagnosis. Took nearly 30 mins to get him to understand what was really going on, and he finally changed the diagnosis. He also tried to refer us to another doctor in the practice, which would have been another $60 copay and another couple weeks waiting for an appt. Couldn't even be bothered to be polite - no hello, goodbye or have a nice day.

Two weeks ago I set up an appointment with Premier Dermatology. I asked the receptionist at the time of the appointment whether it would be possible to remove a skin tag-like/mole the day of my appointment and she ASSURED me that it would not be a problem. Once I got there, it turns out that because I have an HMO they need to submit an authorization code for approval. Had I known this, I could have received the approval prior to the appointment as I've done many times in the past with other dermatologists. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks to get it removed. A little disappointing :( The Nurse Practitioner was VERY nice and apologetic though.

Holiday weekend and I have a rash on my face...but nobody here helped me. Period.
