Dr. Steven Frederick Noran, MD

I met Dr. Noran at Unity Hospital in Fridley, MN. I was very ill with double-vision, numbness, and drooping on the left side of my face. I was having trouble walking with the double-vision. My health was rapidly declining. I was having a great deal of trouble finding any help from any doctors. Dr. Noran brought me back to health and he took great care of me for over 30 years. He gave me my life back and I am extremely grateful. He was always conscientious, detailed, and took care of my healthcare needs as a whole person. I met with him each year and he was focused, friendly, and effective. I owe him a great deal which I won't be able to repay. I am so grateful for his expertise. I am grateful I found him as my way of life would have been lost without his help.

Was my MD following a work injury, has been my MD for 10 plus yrs. He is unprofessional, disrespectful and argumentative when you question the plan of care. Would not recommend him to anyone. He's a JERK!

Basically, if you don't start feeling better within the time frame he decides.. he will give up on you, label you a hypochondriac and attack your character. He is way to old and cranky to still be working and needs to retire. He is old school, doesn't like knowledgable patients and will be a complete jerk to you and your family members if you question anything he says. I feel the only thing he wants to handle are easy cases. He's made his money, hopefully is planning on retiring soon and doesn't seem to want to put care or energy into any cases that don't resolve quickly.
