An arrogant and self righteous physician with a military approach to collegial relationships..His sense of self worth dwarfs his pedestrian talent.Condescending , Very willing to Use clandestine and surreptitious means to preserve his power base , and targets those won’t bow with great reverence and reference to his demands.

I first saw Dr Norris as a personal physician for a minor problem. Then my daughter had a major health problem and I didn't feel like her pediatrician was even listening to my concerns. I asked Dr Norris if he would look at her case and he was all over it until he found the problem and addressed it as needed. He is kind, compassionate and just an all around great person. He saved my daughters life and I would trust him with all the one's I love most!
