overall everything is great. The staff is great and loving. I understand that they are short of staff but they do the best the can.

Called to make an appointment and answering machine was no said gone lunch be back at 2pm. I called back at 215, answering machine was still on. I continued to call finnaly got through around 415. I had major ear infection they made appointment for earliest time in one week. Dr said he would call in prescriptions and never did!!!! They are closed now and no way to reach them!!!

He gets to the root cause with great questions,and more importantly he cares.If you are not proactive with his advice after the consult,be careful.He is usually spot on!!I like his team and his blend of traditional and more intuitive medicine.

Dr Nowotny is a kind caring man, takes his time with patients. The wait might be a bit longer than the national average but it's well worth it!!! His staff has always been courteous, caring and polite, even when I wasn't :-( I have recommended him to many friends and all have been more than happy and in turn have sent more people to see him!!!
