Doctor Steven P. ouzounian Saved my life. He is outstanding In his field.... No one can come close. He treats his patients, each one with dignity, compassion, TRUE understanding. He has the biggest heart and unbelievable bedside manner. I felt as if a family member was caring for me. He has been with me on my long battle with metastatic breast cancer and will always be a part of my special team. I highly recommend him and have done so many times. My Mom has also been a patient of his and feels exactly the same way. When you sit amongst the other patients in the waiting room..... every one sings his praises. This is what all Doctors should be and hardly ever are. He saved my life and I am truly grateful and blessed that he has been my doctor for six years . BTW his staff is WONDERFUL

I feel so fortunate that Dr. Ouzounian became my doctor when I was admitted thru the ER. He is an outstanding surgeon and a wonderfully caring and professional doctor. Thru both my surgeries with him, I felt totally confident he would take good care of me. I trusted him with my life and he has restored my good health. He’s with you every step of the way, honest and upfront yet comforting and positive. He will spend as much time as you need answering questions and keeping you informed. Between his excellent surgical skills and his wonderful bedside manner, you couldn’t find a better doctor anywhere!

Fantastic Dr! His surgical skills not withstanding- his reputation there speaks for itself! I found him to be very personable, very attentive! He honestly takes the time to really listen to his patients. You feel an immense trust of Dr Ouzounian. Because he won't let you go away without knowing that he will do everything in his power to make you well again. Have no fear with this Dr. He really cares about your comfort.

Dr. Ouzounian is a great doctor!!!! he takes his time in explaining everything and answers all your questions, would highly recommend!!!!

A small wait but only because Dr. Ouzonian takes his time with each patient and is thorough and an excellent diagnostician. I work with many surgeons on eastern Long Island and chose Dr. Ouzonian because of his excellent surgical skills. The fact that he is also a caring and attentive surgeon is a wonderful bonus. My surgery went fine and I was very pleased with the care at Peconic Bay Medical Center
