Dr. Steven Leslie Parker, MD

Was referred to Dr Parker and could tell as soon as he entered the room he had no interest in helping me. Did not even touch the areas of concern noted, and even when bringing up past history of family cancer in these areas of odd growth, he stated there was no concern. Also many of the things he stated were later contradicted. Did not even feel the areas or put gloves on. Wasted trip with a doctor who clearly no longer wants to do his job, and just wants to collect a paycheck. A complete waste of time. The 5 star reviews on the other websites are clearly fake, and only make me distrust the medical profession even more.

Dr. Parker performed a breast biopsy on me using a stab incision and scissor dissection to take out my tumor. He thought it was benign. He guessed wrong. It was cancer and because of his negligence they never knew the size of my tumor. The pathologists had to guess at the size of the tumor. I took my case to a tumor board and they said they had never heard of a case that was botched so badly. There is a standard of care for a reason. You can't assume a breast lump is benign (that's the whole reason you're doing a biopsy in the first place). Surgeons who take shortcuts because they're running behind on their surgery schedule are quite frankly -- dangerous!

I would not say this doctor is a 5 star ..other people refereed to him should be very cautious with this particular doctor who takes on surgeries that result in injury.. Because he is only qualified in general surgery... Take it from someone who has a life long injury till the day i leave this earth..
