I was treated by Dr. Peleaz recently. Very satisfied with the treatment and surgical procedure done in office. Staff is caring and compassionate and professional as is dr.P.

Dr. Pelez has been very thorough and professional in all my dealings with him. He takes the time to explain everything to you and addresses your questions and concerns.

I have been going to this doctor for 18 years. He is knowledgeable, personable and just makes you feel better. And his staff is just as good.

His bedside manner is nothing but atrocious. He does not actively listen to your concerns and is extremely patronizing. He lacks altruism and appears to be more concerned with collecting copays than caring for his patients. This is not an LGBQT competent office and I would never recommend them to any of my patients nor colleagues.

He's been caring for me for a few years now. I get nervous, he always lets me know what he's going to do before he does it. Nice person.

No one can take my pain away like this doctor! I begin to feel better just seeing him, my stress level drops down immediately knowing that I will get the best TLC with him.

He's very patient with his patients, you can take the time to talk to him about the awful horrible things your body is going through.

Total gentleman as well as very good and caring doctor. He helped me when I was hurting so bad.

He was treating my husband for a fissure. Gave him 3 different medications to try. None really worked. Whenever you call the office......the staff is very rude. Messages are never returned by this doctor. A few times the office will say that he comes in at 3 or so....."he will call you". Three comes and goes and then all of a sudden it's past 5. Now the office is closed. No call from the doctor and you have no one to talk to. Once it was a friday afternoon......FORGET IT!! He never called!! That same time.....we called and got the answering service. Even THAT doctor took over 2 hours to call back!!! When you finally get the call back from Dr. Pelaez, he's on the phone for 5 seconds. You need to be quick and ready with your questions. God forbid you forget something! This is ridiculous!! People who are in need should be teated better than this!! Good Luck! I would go somewhere else......
