I am so thankful we have a dr in san antonio who took the extra time and experience / training to help couples conceive children without IVF. He doesn't get paid as much as IVF docs I'm sure but does it as a true ministry. Thanks for our child Dr. P!!!

I cant believe some of the negative reviews. What are they talking about? Theres only one dr here and the staff is so sweet.

Dr Pilkington is the best ob/gyn I have ever had! He is very knowledgeable, approachable, and a good listener. He genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to listen to their concerns. Every experience I ever had with him or his office was amazing. Everybody was very kind and accommodating. I’ve never trusted a doctor more and would recommend him to anyone looking for an ob/gyn.

I came to Dr. Pilkington's practice at Dignity Women's Center for one reason, and I ended up finding the answer to many problems that I did not know were related. Dr. Pilkington through his medical practice, and Ms. Amber Pilkington through her counseling practice, helped me immeasurably. I feel not only healed, but even rescued. What's more, they have a massage therapist on hand to provide stress reducing massages. It's a lovely way to experience medical care. I very highly recommend them.

I chose Dr. Pilkington as my pro-life, OB/GYN and am so pleased. He has a very professional and compassionate bedside manor. Always get the impression he cares and takes the time to listen to my concerns. I highly recommend him!

He does not listen to your needs. He cares less about any discomfort u have. He is very snotty and rude! If you are waiting on him while u are in the hospital be prepared to wait over 12 hours for his arrival just for him to tell you that u are basically fakeing.

Extremely incompetent office staff. They never know what is going on and you constantly have to call them over and over to get answers to questions that should have been addressed while you were there in the office. Very frustrating, especially when you are struggling with infertility issues, the last thing you want to worry about is the competence of your doctors office. I believe that Dr. Pilkington is a great doctor and person, but he needs to hire someone to take control of his office.

Incompetent Office Staff. Every appointment brought with it a new staff member just learning. No consistency and many mistakes made. When you show up for surgery and it runs 3 hours late because your office staff did not put you on the schedule is utterly nerve wracking. Phone calls not returned paper work misplaced, and sending you for a $1200 test without prior authorization from the Insurance Company. I showed up today after being a patient for over a year and having had surgery, and was asked if I was a new patient. This comes from the constant turn over of the staff. Dr. Pilkington only makes excuses for their incompetence and honestly tried to put the blame back on me!! I retrieved my records an will not be going back.
