Patients beware!!! The practice deserves a negative score, don't go here. I had my kids wisdom teeth out and they LIED to me. I has my consult at least a month before extraction and on the day of appointment I paid a 625.00 copay for each child and was assured that was all I owed and that insurance covered the rest. Now I get a bill owing 3,000.00 because insurance won't cover it. Turns out it was only a pre approval and they NEVER INFORMED me of this. Obviously I would never had gone through with the procedure had I known. They admit they were wrong and gave an apology but really that doesn't make a 3k bill go away. These people are the experts that we rely on to help us with understanding the ever-changing insurance world and they failed us. Your practice needs to change in how you handle procedures and billing. The surgery should have never been done if it wasn't approved (and you didn't tell me!) I have already filed with the BBB as I believe this is a common practice that robs… hard working people of their money- classic bait and switch. Shame on you Metrowest Oral Surgical Associates

Dr. Pittman and staff did a wonderful job for both my sons when they had their wisdom teeth out. The Dr. spoke directly to my sons in a way they could understand and they felt at ease. All the staff were friendly and helpful and I would recommend the office highly.
