I've been going to Dr. Potts for over 15 years and he is the most thorough Dr. I've worked with. He explains everything in a way I can understand and doesn't leave any stone unturned. My wife also goes to him and has had the same experience. I feel like he truly is interested in my well being

Why is dr canceling appointments & not responding to refill requests I just got my mother comfortable with switching doctor now this

I have been a patient of Dr. Potts for several years. He is warm, has a great bedside manner AND is clinically superb. He is always educating his patients, thoroughly explaining everything and readdresses anything you don't quite understand. He spends time with you and addresses all of your questions. I feel very fortunate that he is my PCP.

During an ER visit in March, I was fortunate to have Dr. Potts as the attending. He was courteous and reassuring and thorough, and said he would take me as a patient to treat my type 2 diabetes. His staff and nurse, Joanna, couldn't have been kinder. I've already scheduled a follow-up for July.

with many of ailments he's very good, rating pulled down by a bad diagnosis and a temper issue.
