Between two visits the office sent one visit labs to an out of network lab, after requesting that my labs be sent to Quest or Labcore. Been trying to reach them for over 30 days. Have left 2 voicemails each week, filled out their form online, and reached out via facebook. They do not respond or contact back. Horrible way to do business. Do not go here unless you want a billing nightmare.

One word. Butcher. Stay far away

Waited over an hour to see the nurse - over booked apt schedule - rude

Without detailing a long list of complaints, and after multiple visits between my wife and I, with various practitioners and doctors, using different offices we have nothing favorable to say about Advanced Dermatology. Returning several times, changing locations, we hoped for better only for it to get worse. We found the office staff and medical staff to be inept, incompetent, incomplete, inconsiderate and indifferent. Needless to say we moved on, but irritated enough to take the time to write this review!

I went to see Dr. Proper as a new patient. I didn't see Dr. Proper, I saw a nurse practitioner. They did 3 biopsies, and ended up charging me after insurance almost 500.00. I find out that Dr. Proper is also a pathologist, now I understand why they did 3 biopsies. Seems like a total conflict of interest. Now I'm having trouble trying to speak to someone about the bill. They won't return phone calls. Worst experience I've ever had. By the way, my rash is still there.

I made an appt. with Dr. Proper. I never saw Dr. Proper, just a nurse practioner. Did 3 biopsies, cost me 500.00, and I find out Dr. Proper is also a pathologist. Seems like a conflict of interest. I still have my rash 1 year later. Also they told me they would subtract 100.00 from my bill since I was unhappy. I just got a letter from a collection co. 1 yr. later for 100.00. They don't do anything right.

Dr. Proper has been my doctor for over 12 years and every time I have an appointment he is always courteous and professional. The office is always very busy but yet he takes the time to explain every thing to me and makes me feel comfortable. He has performed Mohs surgery on me with fantastic results. I am blessed to have been introduced to Dr. Steven Proper. I would recommend him to anyone who needs professional dermatology care. Thank you Dr. Proper for ALL of your expertise and individual caring approach!!!!
