Dismissive, only kind to those he deems worthy of it

Dr. Reichel was very patient and kind in explaining the situation and follow up necessary.

i went to the ER twice Wednesday */24/18 The 2 male nurses and 3 respiratory men were very nice. answered questions and helped me. The Doctor asked how long i have had this problem i stared answering and he told me to stop talking he didn't want to hear that. I said Smoke bothers me and it looks like its out there and he said NO this is not caused by smoke and there is none there. Well i speak English and have lived in Germany and 7 states i don't know what his problem is but i am a Senior. Some younger people treat us like we are all senile. I have 4 sons who are Engineers. How do you think they got that way with their Father away most of the time?? They would have made great Doctors.

Dr. Reichel was kind, thorough and gentle. He was able to provide me with relief from my problem and while he was with me, he made me feel as if I was the only patient there. I would be happy to see him again.

He did a great job in a very difficult situation and was timely and thorough.
