Won't ever answer phone, won't call back, worst doctor and staff ever. Stay away from this place if your looking for someone to help or take care of you.

Horrible experience with this doctor, its very difficult to talk to him, he order extra analysis, I dont have any health issues but he order for extra analysis, which my insurance did not cover and never called me to give me the results, I had to call him to get the results from someone else in the office, I would not recommend this doctor

I have been seeing Dr. Richards for almost 20 years. Most of my family also sees him. As far as I am concerned he is the best in the valley, Dr. Richard leaves nothing to chance. He does not use medical jargon when he is talking to you, He makes sure you understand what he is telling you and he has never rushed me. Lucky to have him for my doctor
