Dr. Steven Ira Rosenfeld, MD

This provider is neglectful and actively causes harm to patients. I had a surgery with one of his colleagues and a few days later had complications. I called their office and was told to go to the ER of the hospital where I had the procedure and that another provider from my doctor's team would be able to see me and that he could get a woman provider/nurse to do a pelvic exam (per my needs) as he was the on-call provider. I went to the ER and waited for hours. The ER doctor called Dr. Rosenfeld and he refused to see me, said my issues were "normal" and told the ER doctor to discharge me. He refused to talk to me and refused to get me a woman provider to do an exam. He discharged me without seeing me. My issues continued for 5 days until my provider was back in the office and able to see me. This provider could be putting people's lives at risk and is incredibly harmful.

Terrible doctor. He had no remorse for my wife who went through a miscarriage. Every appointment he seemed disinterested and acted as if we were taking up too much of his precious time. El Rio should he ashamed of themselves for having this inconsiderate “doctor” on their staff. If you see his name—RUN!!!

He was there for every appointment and he even deliverd my daughter at tmc his office has other obgyn's who are available if your ob is not but that was never the case for me they also have diffrent shifts at tmc so one is always there
