Dr. Steven Lee Ross, DO

I highly recommend Dr Ross. I have been going to him for about three yrs now. He is a kind & compassionate Dr who listens to what concerns you have about your health. He’s got a wonderful personality He seems to always be happy with a smile on his face. That means an awful lot to me. Makes me feel better just seeing that smile. I don’t like negativity. He is very spot on with the care & medication he prescribes for you. His staff have always been friendly & helpful. I hope to have an ongoing progressional relationship with this Dr for years to come. Thank you Dr Ross & your staff for being there for me.

Dr. Steven L Ross is a good doctor. He's very friendly, professional, attentive and gives it to you straight. If Dr. Ross thinks you need a specialist, he'll tell you why and who he wants you to see. I see Dr. Ross about 2 or 3 times a year. If it wasn't for his front office staff I would give him 4 or 5 stars. His front office personnel do not get paperwork referrals to specialists in a timely manner. Having to call them repeatedly for documents for the referral that Dr. Ross set you up with is unacceptable. They aren't as friendly as to be expected in an office setting. Their patient processing is like a cattle call. They have a board, tired, overworked demeanor when conversing with patients.

Mary, a receptionist woman in the office is one of the most rude and nasty people I have ever encountered. Even though she is office staff she makes medical decisions for patients and is rude and pushy. She once threw away my aunt's paperwork for a handicapped tag because she decided she didn't need it. This was after the doctor told her to drop the paperwork off at the office. It has been brought to his attention by more than one person how rude she is and he doesn't seem to care. Steer clear of this doctor at ALL COSTS!

My Husband and I wanted a Primary care Doctor that could take care of both of us. We have been patients now since 2002 and couldn’t be more pleased at the care he has given us! Highly recommend him!

I am a terrible patient. I know this about myself. I have fired many a doctor in my day. I have currently been a patient of Dr. Ross for 2 years now. I have had several medical issues in that time, and I can say, they always manage to get me in when I need to be seen, he stays in the room with me until all of my questions are answered and concerns are addressed. He is thorough. Even if that means I have 5 blood draws for labs in 2 weeks. I appreciate is personality, and advise.

Terrible staff! Very rude

I just started seeing Dr Ross a few months ago. I like him. He seems knowledgeable & has a very pleasant demeanor. He seems to always have a smile on his face & his staff have been friendly & helpful when I have had to have questions answered. Unless something changes, I would like to continue seeing Dr Ross as my primary care doctor.
