I am so thankful to have found Dr. Rottman for lip injections and botox. Not only was he able to understand exactly what I wanted, but the look was so natural and perfect. The procedure was pain free (though I am terrified of needles) him and his team did a great job of ensuring I was taken care of. I plan to consistently come back for lip fillers and botox. So excited about my new look!

I was so pleased with Dr. Rottman’s bedside manner and felt like he knew exactly what I wanted when I came for lip injections. He started with one syringe to be sure I did not go too big my first time, then I came back a few weeks later so he could re evaluate and he added one more. The final results is incredible and looks extremely natural! The procedure was not too painful and they did a good job of making sure I was okay.

Dr. Rottman and his amazing staff is beyond compare. They made my experience perfection from start to finish. Dr. Rottman is a truly skilled surgeon, and my results were more than I could have ever dreamed of or hoped for. I’m literally in shock at how awesome my results are! His staff is second to none...complete professionalism, extremely kind and courteous, beyond supportive. This was the second time I had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Rottman. Many eons ago when he was a resident at GU, he oversaw my bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction, really doing wonders on a complicated case and helping reconstruct my breasts making me feel feminine and comfortable. Fast forward almost 10 years, forced menopause, a pregnancy, and ruptured implants and I specifically sought out Dr. Rottman for his expertise and craftsmanship. I met with two DC plastic surgeons and knew that despite the long drive to Baltimore, Dr. Rottman was still the one for me. This time, he had to deal with irregular fat contours on my stomach and ruptured implants. Although I am not too far out post-op, the results look amazing and it has been a very quick recovery. His eye for what you, as the patient, want is remarkable and he can intuit the work that needs to be done. I believe he is a gifted surgeon and knows his craft very well. He took a very mis-shapen tummy and made it flat,… adding fat grafts where necessary and tucking / sucking too. He has an excellent bedside manner and I have always felt very comfortable speaking with him. He listens to what you want and I could not be more delighted at how my breasts turned out 10 years after he first did them. His team is lovely and responsive and very helpful and I highly recommend him to anyone considering doing this - it will be the best decision you ever made!

DR. ROTTMAN WAS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!! I MADE MY APPT. COMPLETELY LAST MINUTE AND HE STILL WORKED ME IN! HE IS AS LAID BACK AS THEY COME, AND I ADORE HIS KIND NATURE! Dr. Rottman is an exceptional plastic surgeon. I have been several times and I always love my results. He is a perfectionist with the Botox and Juvederm. I love how I have natural results and nobody can tell I had anything done. I just look younger and refreshed. I refer all my friends and family and will continue to be a loyal customer!!

I FOUND OUT ABOUT DR. ROTTMAN WHILE ATTENDING ONE OF HIS SATALITE OFFICES IN TOWSON, MARYLAND. I WAS LOOKING INTO HAVING A BREAST REDUCTION AND WAS TRYING TO FIND A GOOD PLASTIC SURGEON. I STUMBLED ACROSS DR. ROTTMAN WHILE VISITING A GENERAL SURGEON IN THE SAME OFFICE LOCATION. ONCE I WENT ON LINE AND FOUND HIS WEBPAGE AND DID A LITTLE RESEARCH OF MY OWN AND IMMEDIATELY GAVE HIM A CALL, ONCE I HAD MY CONSULTATION I KNEW HE WAS THE SURGEON THAT I WANTED TO DO MY BREAST REDUCTION. HE MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND PUT MY MIND AT EASE. DR. ROTTMAN AND HIS STAFF WERE EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE AS WELL AS THE STAFF AT NORTHWEST HOSPITAL, EVERYONE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE AS WELL. SINCE MY SURGERY I HAVE GAINED ALL OF MY FEELING BACK IN MY BREAST AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. I HAVE ALSO REFERED OTHER PEOPLE TO DR. I have been seeing Dr. Rottman for the past few months, and I am blessed to have him as my doctor. Dr Rottman was recommended to me by my breast surgeon. She felt I was a prime candidate for a breast reduction during the same time she was going to be performing a lumpectomy. Already fearful of my recent diagnosis and adjusting to my new normal as a breast cancer patient, Dr. Rottman was a ray of sunshine in my darkness. His warm bright smile, and compassionate demeanor made me feel safe, and I had a sense of assurance that I was going to be fine. As our conversations continued, I thought, wow this guy is awesome; he is so knowledgeable and has the best bedside manner. I immediately trusted my girls in his hands (literally). He is a perfectionist, and to me that makes him a professional in his field who pays close attention to every detail. He really strives for excellence in his work. My experience only got better with the kindness and care from Brook and Kelly, the Dynamic Duo.… Both of these ladies go the extra mile in their jobs to make you feel you so comfortable and important. I say I am blessed to be with Dr. Rottman and his team because they have the whole package. They are professional, knowledgeable, caring, and sincere. I have already recommended Dr. Rottman to my family and friends. Dr. Rottman is the real deal!
