I made an appointment specifically to get a procedure in which holes are drilled into a toenail. I showed up, he looked at my toenail for 5 SECONDS. Then he said, let's get this done. He came back a minute later and said, "We don't have any drills in the office, and we have to order them from overseas." I was wondering why he made me drive all the way to his office to tell me that he didn't have the equipment to do the procedure. To add insult to injury, he then charged me $75 dollars for the "appointment" where he inspected nothing, he diagnosed nothing, and he treated nothing. This guy is a crook. I never got a call back from the office, which means he never ordered/received the equipment. He just took money from me and had no intention of ever doing the procedure. That, or he advertises that he does the procedure, and his office is so incompetent, that they can get drills in stock in a month's time.

Dr Royall is very personable and experienced with sports injury, the staff was great about getting me in quickly and Dr Royall explained treatment plans and I left feeling very happy with my experience
