Stay away. The doctors office I have been at for a few years had permanently closed and I had no option but to switch over to a doctor. I blame myself for not reading reviews before choosing him as my primary. I have yet to meet him, and I have been placed with a number of doctors or assistants with each visit, which requires me to explain myself EACH TIME, too exhausting to begin with. On my last visit, a doctor I have never met before had the audacity to tell me she would no longer prescribe the medicine I have been on for years now, and need to take every day and basically said "sorry i'm not sorry" and just told me to go figure something out. My anxiety immediately went through the roof and a thousand thoughts were running through my head because I am a full time student with 2 jobs, my daily stress level and workload give me a headache just thinking about it, so not only was this inconvenient, but who did she think she was telling me that theres nothing she can do about my… medicine when she didnt even know my first name? I have never witnessed such a lack of consideration for another human in my life, ESPECIALLY from someone who is getting PAID TO CARE FOR OTHERS. spare yourself of this doctor.

Russell has been my PCP for several months. I think I might have met him once. All care is performed by an ever-changing staff of junior doctors, and it is unclear, indeed, unlikely, that he reviews their work. Quick to refer to other specialists, he appears to be blithely unaware or unconcerned with the results of those referrals. Follow up is non--existent. As his staff of proteges is ever changing, virtually all of any visit is spent watching the physician read your chart. He well may be a good person, or possibly, a good doctor, but I certainly would not know that. What appears to be his indifference to his patients is, however, reflected in his staff. It is unclear whether he or his staff understands that a physician shall do no harm.
