Incompetent! Nearly killed my mother and my father. Doesn’t seem to care because they are elderly. He seemed arrogant, yet I knew more than he did during one of my parents visits. He just read us their hospital discharge papers( which we already had). He has NO business practicing medicine. Who knows how many elderly people have died due to his ineptness.

Dr. Salisbury is arrogant and inept. He will visit with you for about 5 minutes (after a long wait in his tiny waiting room) and tell you what he thinks without explaining it. His manner is atrocious. It is hard to for him to have credibility when he is obese himself. Go elsewhere!

My grandparents went to Salisbury for a while. My grandpa hated him because he didn't really do examinations, he just wrote prescriptions. (Grandpa called him "Dr. Pill.") My grandma liked that she never had to change into a gown at appointments. Once she had a lady parts problem and without even looking at her parts, he just wrote a prescription for a suppository, which turned out to be the wrong treatment altogether (big surprise). He's lucky so many of his patients are elderly and die before he really screws them up.At every other appointment you don't even see Salisbury, but his Physician's Assistant.Once I said I wanted to take my grandpa to someone for a second opinion and Salisbury got really mad. It was weird; I've never seen a doctor get mad at someone for wanting a second opinion. Finally, we couldn't stand that Salisbury's attitude toward my grandpa was, "Well, he's old and is going to die anyway, so there's no point in doing this or that treatment or procedure (but… I can give him a prescription)." We knew my grandpa was going to die. We didn't expect him to get well or start getting younger! But some procedures that Salisbury wouldn't do helped my grandpa be more comfortable and have a better quality of life until he died.

Provided compassionate excellent care. His office always contacts me with results. An excellent diagnostician.
