Dr. Steven Sckolnik is a board certified radiation oncologist and has expertise in the management of breast, prostate and gastrointestinal cancers. He has a particular interest in utilizing new and advanced treatment techniques to minimize side effects. He most enjoys developing long-lasting relationships with his patients that extend beyond their treatments. He is a Scottsdale native and returned home to join Arizona Center for Cancer Care in 2016. He received a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in Chicago and a medical degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson.

I was very impressed with Dr Sckolnik and his staff. I rate him the highest grade Doctor I have ever met. This was my very first visit with him and I left his office assured that he and his staff are at a Mayo Clinic type level and it doesn’t get any better. So here I am in a small rural town AZ town in awe of this highly qualified cancer fighting doctor. And I thank God for him and his staff.

I was able to get an appointment promptly. The office was very nice. Peroneal was really attentive and prompt. I would recommend his office to everyone.

I saw Dr. Sckolnik at Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center in n Globe, AZ. This is a great facility with a wonderful staff. Dr. Sckolnik was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and informative. I have confidence in his care.

Dr. Sckolnik was great. Super job helping me understand the diagnosis and my options along with potential outcomes. Developed a radiation treatment plan that is yielding results beyond expectations. His whole team emulates him in terms of skill and service.

Dr Stephen Sckolnik is amazing!!! He is completely dedicated to his job very knowledgeable and quite compassionate! He has been always available when I needed him. I was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer with the tumor of 6.4 cm. His prognosis and treatment allowed me now to be cancer free. His staff is wonderful too and always kind and understanding. I had to go through radiation and chemo and he worked extremely well with my oncologist Dr. Tsai. The two of them are and efficient and wonderful team! Rosella Pusateri

Dr. Steve treated me for breast cancer. I had a lot of fear and concern with my diagnosis and he shepherded me through my care with excellent treatment and caring. Truly a mensch
