As the founder of The Pain Center of Arizona, Steve Siwek, MD is proud to have built a comprehensive, full time pain management center with multiple locations throughout the state of Arizona to best serve those suffering from pain. As a patient at The Pain Center of Arizona, your experience will benefit you and those affected by your pain; including your family, your employer, and those who depend on you and care about you. We perform a comprehensive history and physical on each new patient. The use of neurological testing, lab screening, radiological examinations, and/or behavioral assessments allow us to better diagnose the possible causes of your pain and then provide treatments specific to the source of the problem. It is our mission to help you get back into life.

Dr Siwek was exceptional! He took his time, explained the procedure, and afterward for the 1st time in 25 plus years I was pain free. I was able to resume activities that I had not been able to do in years.

Dr Siwek at the Ariz Pain Center in Tucson, AZ did nothing but waste my time and made me feel like I was wasting his. I went there as a new patient and Dr Siwek spent less than 5 minutes with me then ran out the door when I was still asking him questions! Very unprofessional attitude towards medicaid patients. I gave reason for visit when I made the appointment then was accused of just being a pill seeker by the office manager who told me I was better off without pain medication but she is not a Dr. Dr Siwek lied to my face and said he had no problem with giving me a new prescription but at checkout there was nothing. If he did not want to prescribe pain medications for medicaid patients then I should have been notified when I made the appointment but instead wasted my time.

we came in with a list of questions, and he could not get out the door fast enough and didn't seem to even care

Dr. Siwek was really great..his bedside manner was top of the line. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been recieving pain relief treatment from Dr Siwek and Dr Turley ofthe Ariz Pain Center for some time. I have never been more fairly treated and every Doctor andStaff member have done likewise. I have been having my pain treated to whatever extent possible at the Pain Center for several years and amcompletely satisfied with the resulte andthe staff every time.

Dr. Siwek is a professional, yet very personable and caring physician. His expertise is in Pain Management and Spinal Stimulation but he covers a variety of medical issues. He is the "real deal"!
