Dr. Steven Alan Smith, MD

Dr Smith is a very caring doctor. He has always made us feel good and made sure we understood everything that is happening in an appointment whether it be routine or a visit due to illness. He has so much knowledge and gives us the resources to be able to learn more about anything we have questions on. I always highly recommend him and his practice. Everyone we have interacted with has been kind, compassionate and goes above and beyond.

Dr. Smith has an ideal balance of enthusiasm and calm. He is thorough, engaging, attentive and ensures all questions/concerns are addressed. The overall staff is compassionate and supportive.

We found Dr when our son was struggling with pottying and anger outbursts. Our first pediatrician wouldn't listen to us and repeatedly told us he was simply "strong willed". Dr Smith actually listened to our concerns, paid attention to the symptoms, and we found out our son has Celiac Disease. We couldn't be happier with the treatment our children receive and would recommend Dr Smith without hesitation.

We have been going to Dr. Smith for 12 years. He is extremely thorough and thoughtful and has very good bedside manner. He truly cares about his patients. Thank you for taking care of all of my kids.

Went in for my son having a fever and low energy, and he asked about vaccines which is fine if he thought it might be something that could have been prevented due to a vaccine. When I said no his whole demeanor towards me and my son changed. He had a cold shoulder, he then checked my sons ears and it was a double ear infection. Instead of going in depth about instructions on the meds being sent or anything he lectured me about vaccines. One thing about me I am not totally against vaccines and will talk in depth about them with my son’s PEDIATRICIAN. I felt so cornered and never even got any questions answered about what we came in for. Super disappointing

He is a wonderful and caring doctor. Both my children see Dr. Smith and they really enjoy going to the doctor's office. He creates a safe environment for my kids and makes doctor appointments great experiences for my kids.

Seems like a straight-forward, doctor but his bedside manner is extremely lacking. There were a couple of very awkward moments. He also specifically told me that my newborn didn’t need to be seen again until 2 months to which the receptionist acted very confused about and said “um, no, it’s 2 weeks”.

Good guy. Direct and to the point. I really appreciate that in a provider.

Great with our kiddo and easy to talk to! Our child was nervous and Dr. Smith helped calm his nerves. Highly recommend Dr. Smith
