very great service, children are excited to go....what child wants to be excited to visit a dentist office.

My child is very scared of doctor's but she went in by herself and got her work done without me. And when they called for me to come back into the room she was smiling picking out a toy. My opinion he's great with kids. Also he sat me down went over her x ray's and explained everything out and gave me options and making the decision making very easy for parents. love this office.

My dauhter is a seven yrear old aplastic anemia patient,because she is immunesuppresed and has low platelets she is extremely a high risk patient. Dr solow was her dentist before, and she needed major dental work done, dr solow is the ONLY dr that will take on a aplastic anemia patient, he took her last minute, any questions, immediately got on the phone, cleared his time while vienna was getting transfused at childrens hospital for her dental work, to make her not bleed, the hemotolgists at chop refer him now, because nobody wants to take the risk with children like her

Dr.Solow's office is absolutely the best pediatric/orthodontic office out there! I have been taking my children ther for over 5 years, and every time I go there the staff is so caring and attentive to my children, and Dr. Solow treats them like they are a patient, not a number on an assembly line! He remembers conversations we had with him at their last check-up, and he asks them about it! He really cares about my children! The services my children recieve there is "top-notch", and i wouldn't dream of taking them anywhere else! I have heard horror stories about other offices, and i am sooooooo glad i don't have to deal with that! You can't get any better than Dr.Solow and his staff!!!!!!!!!

The office has changed dramatically in the last two or three years since Solow's son graduated from dental school It is full of young bosomy blondes who Solow seems to care more about than his patients If he doesn't want to work retire My child has been going here for years with good results Suddenly they are finding cavities. Solow's son filled one last year. The receptionist acts like Solow has to be present during appointments but he does nothing not even look in my child's mouth.This year child goes in to have another cavity filled and after one and a half hours appears from the mystery chamber and I am brought back and told a cavity "grew " around the filling Solow's son placed so they redid that one along with the new one. I tell my child only way that happened is if the original cavity was never cleaned out properly . Child states that is what female dentist and assistants were talking about!! A week later child feels pain and is told to come in . No one can figure out what is… causing pain so they do xray and refer child for root canal evaluation. Solow having to pull out child's chart claims new cavities can grow under fillings? my insurance is not good so even though child visits every six months the cavity was missed? our insurance only pays for xrays once a year. Well I would have paid had he needed to take one. He claims they use a light to scan to check for cavity after completing the filling (YEAH RIGHT) His attitude is who cares He states he knows a lot of young children with root canals Well was he treating them and if he was why bother coming in to his office? I asked him why my child needed a root canal when he examined him every 6 months? I also stated I could not come back Of course my next move will be legal. My child has lost a tooth under his care and who wants to deal with caps etc. Solow could care less. Oh ask him about his prestigious football career, the one he keeps bringing up to his assistants 40 years his juniors Disgraceful arrogant jerk.

Do not waste your time going here. my daughter had a appointment and I even called the day before to confirm and i was told yes everything was set to go. So my husband took off to take her, along with her missing a day of school. She was having a procedure so she couldn't eat after 9:30 mind you appointment was at 1:30 and they sat for 45 mins before saying oh the appointment was tomorrow. I even called and confirmed and they said all was good. So i spoke to dr and he basically had the OH WELL attitude. Way to treat patients. Will not be going back there and will be speaking to my union of not allowing any local 1201 to use this dentist. as well as writing to the paper. Because that is just RIDICULOUS! a 5year old child having to have work done that was already started turned away cause of OFFICE SCREW UP!!!!
