Dr. Steven Bennett Sotman, MD

His nurse is great. But he has a bad attitude, he literally yelled at me for coming unnecessarily. He wouldn't listen to why I was there. Which I felt there was good reason or I wouldn't have been there. He then stormed out of the room and began yelling at his nurse for putting me on his schedule. Sooo unprofessional!!!

Dr. Sotman provides excellent care and knowledgeable advise. He takes time to explain the diagnosis and treatment options. All of his staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Waited two hours, watched two other patients walk out, only to have Dr Sotman come in to the room for 30 seconds and storm out! Unbelievable!

I don't think he knows how his office staff treats patients. They are often rude to patients and have a condescending attitude. In other words, if they don't like you, you're going to have to wait forever (3 hours one time) for your appointment.

I have an infection in my back. After tests and MRI's and 6 weeks of IV treatment, my diagnosis is still unsure and the infection still exists. I don't know if this spinal infection could kill me or not. The staff dosen't stay in contact with the contractors who do blood tests and MRI's. When I go to appointments, They haven't followed up with at least one of them. I don't know if he is unorganized or his staff is.
