He was insinuating I made up my own ADHD diagnosis to get pills. I told him who I got my diagnosis from, my psychiatrist who I LOVED and said the only reason I don't go to him now is because he moved out of state. He was telling me I should probably go to another psychiatrist that can "better diagnose and assist with my specific needs" like I was crazy because I've been to a psychiatrist in the first place. And when I started to cry, he said, "see, I'm not a psychiatrist." I told him he doesn't have to be a psychiatrist to not be a mean person. A little bit after he left the room, came back, and handed me a card for a different doctor that, "will have more compassion for your specific needs" and it was for an addiction specialist.

dr. Spencer is a great dr.

Dr. Spencer was not interested at all in who I was and what my health concerns were. I moved and had to change doctor's and made a big mistake in choosing him. He did not know anything about me or what he was even prescribing medication for. He did not listen to me when I tried to explain the issue and went as far as calling me a liar. He was more interested in getting his $135.00 plus every month for my visit. I would not recommend him to anyone searching for quality health care. His nurse even argued with me about my height and refused to recheck it.
