Dr. Steven Howard St Clair, MD

Total mess with my diagnosis, I would never recomend him to anyone.

I had to go to Dr. St. Clair due to an back injury sustained at work. I was denied workman's comp due to Dr. St. Clair reporting that I had told him my back was hurting prior to going to work. I had never told him that. I had went to work the day before and got done working at 11:30 pm. I went home to bed and when I woke up I could not get out of bed because of my back. I had called work and they sent me to Dr. St. Clair. I had not gone to work that day because I could not move hardly at all. When I approached Dr. St. Clair about this issue he said he would note that in his report. When I read the report from the lawyer, Dr. St. Clair had noted the issue by saying there was a misunderstanding and I am telling him now. He made it sound like I had talked to a lawyer and then changed my story. I had not talked to a lawyer prior to being denied my benefit. Dr. St. Clair works for the companies to help them deny workman's comp. That is fine for people who are just trying to get over on the… system. I unfortunately am not one of those people and did have a legitimate claim and was denied due to what Dr. St. Clair describes as a misunderstanding.
