Dr. Steven John Stancey, DDS

“Although I enjoy all aspects of dentistry, I do have a special interest in traditional braces and Invisalign. When I was a kid, I used to line up all of my GI Joes in perfectly straight lines before going to battle. Maybe that had something to do with this interest. My primary focus is quality treatment knowing that patient comfort is an integral part of the Buttercup experience. I look forward to establishing that lasting relationship with each and every patient.”
Dr. Stancey graduated from The Ohio State University Dental School and moved to Austin in 2004. He lives in Leander with his wife Sarah and two children Abigail and Dennis. He is a current member of the Texas Dental Association, Capital Area Dental Society, Academy of GP Orthodontics, and the Austin Invisalign Study Club. He has completed advanced certification in Invisalign and is licensed for sedation dentistry. Dr. Stancey has over 200 hrs of continuing education in the areas of Invisalign and traditional braces.
