I went there because I had Dentalcareservices, to have a deep cleaning and refill one of my lost fillings. He said we can't do both in one meeting. And he issued deep cleaning. He only uses a sucking pipe tool in the mouth (very uncomfortable) to get the excess water and saliva, and since he made the seat straight lying position a few times I was choking and asked to stop. The seat sink was not in use and I have to stand up go to the sink located in the corner of the room to rinse my mouth, and after the procedure, I had to go to the restroom which is outside of the office to rinse my mouth efficiently. (This was the beginning of the pandemic so I thought it might be something related to it). He told me that to refill the lost filling will be $80 so next time I went there to refill one of my teeth. The same lying seat position and similar chocking experience which I was very uncomfortable but I want to job get done so I was very patient. After the procedure, he told me to pay $284 and… I have asked why the payment is $280 !. He said he refilled 2 other teeth and charged $100 for each of them so the total is $280. I have never asked for those fillings and we never talked/agreed or in any way mentioned about it. I only had $210 cash on me and paid $210 (technically I paid $72 less) and left there, and filed a complaint about this DDS to the dentalcare services to refund the extra money that he charged me. After 2 weeks or so I have received a statement of account from Mr. Stanley which shows I have to pay $257 more. The statement shows the filling which they told me $80 increased to $265. I did not pay that! and I won't pay for that!. This is ridiculous! Even though I paid $130 ( I had to pay $80 for 1 filling he asked $280 and I paid $210) more since I don't want to waste my time with him I have closed the case in my mind and only waiting for a response from dental care services (I still did not get any response regarding this case). I am attaching the office visit information and the balanced I owed according to their calculation, and the statement that they sent me. I totally forgot about those since it has been more than a year now, and today I realized that my credit score fell 67 points and trying to figure out what's going on, and I realized that Mr. Stanley placed that balance in the collection. This is not accepted, and not tolerated!.

Very disappointed! Not to mention what are they charging for the smallest thing... Would I go back there? NO THANKS!!!
