Dr. Steven David Stein, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Stein for 21 years. I feel fortunate that when another doctor left her practice, she referred him to me. He’s absolutely the best. When his nurse recently left his practice, I asked who would be as good as he is, if I couldn’t see him anymore. She replied: No one. My appointments are every 3 months and I make them before I leave for the next time. He’s car, kind and great at his job. What more could you ask?

He is a very gentle & compassionate doctor. He will ask questions to make sure that he understands what you are are trying to say.

I have seen Dr. Stein for about 20 years and he has been wonderful in helping me manage my illness. He has all the right stuff, compassion, humor, common sense, warmth and the ability to really listen. He is Mayo Clinic trained and has a collaborative approach not only with other physicians but me. He sees the big picture of your health because he considers the whole you, not just the medical reason you came to see him about. Everywhere I go I hear comments from other medical professionals when I mention his name about their respect for him as a doctor and fellow human being. Everything from "that's a good doctor" to "he's a peach of a guy." The busy office staff is tip top and but be forewarned it may take a bit to get an appointment as he is a popular neurologist but well worth the wait.

Dr. Stein was a light at the end of a tunnel. Simply put, he listens, he cares and because of this the level of trust I have for this doctor is at the highest level. He calms and relaxes his patients with his bedside manner. I really think that most importantly is really the listening. He's great!

Dr Stein is compassionate, informed and brilliant. He takes time to listen and is an advocate for your best patient care, knowledge and treatment. This has been my experience for many years.

Dr. Stein has been an invaluable source of support for me for many years. There is no doubt in my mind the he sincerely cares about his patients. He has an open and friendly manner that put me immediately at ease. He is not the stern, clinical model of medical practitioner where you feel more like a car than a human being. I feel lucky that I found him and recommend him to everyone I know. He has helped me navigate through a very difficult time and I really appreciate his expertise in his field and most of all his kindness.
