Summary
Our pain management practice treats a variety of chronic pain disorders. We specialize in diagnostic and therapeutic spine injections. All procedures are performed under direct fluoroscopic guidance. These injections include epidural steroids, facet blocks and radiofrequency neuroablation, sacro-iliac injections, selective nerve root blocks, sympathetic blocks, diagnostic discography, percutaneous disc decompression, hip joint injections, third occipital nerve blocks, and trigger point myofascial injections. Our physicians also prescribe medications and medically manage chronic pain patients.
