Dr. Steven Keith Taylor, MD

I felt he listened to my concerns. He ordered appropriate tests to investigate a treatment plan.

Dr. Taylor was running behind, but did make up for it by helping me with scheduling spinal MRI. Yes he does dictate notes about your condition while you are there, but it is not anything that interrupts his taking care of you. Hopefully after my MRI I will have some more clarity on what Dr. Taylor can help me with my pain.

Constantly forgetting to submit paper work and improper coding to get imaging and submission of other forms. Dr. Seems to want to interact with computer than with patient. I have seen two doctors at this facility. Have also experienced bad service with office staff. Constantly late for appointment up to 45 mins without an apology.

Very impressed with Dr. Taylor and feel lucky to have found him. Originally I had asked my primary physician to recommend an Orthopedic doctor to assess my injuries from a fall but she felt Dr. Taylor would be the best one to assess and recommend and she was spot on. I have a host of issues that I have been dealing with my whole life (and I’m old) so I have had the opportunity to have lots of interactions with lots of docs. I found Dr. Taylor to be not only extremely personable but really good at assessing my situation. He was very knowledgeable and offered advice I will follow and seemed to hold back offering advice he sensed I wouldn’t. I found that to be very intuitive and much appreciated. An added bonus to my visit was Dr. Taylor’s assistant, Debbie, who clearly enjoys what she’s doing which is always nice for patients who would rather be anywhere else but in a doctor’s office. All in all I’m so glad my PC recommended Dr. Taylor now I’m recommending him to you. You’re welcome!!

I have worked with Dr Taylor over 10 years. I have always received excellent care from Dr Taylor! I truly believe he is an outstanding 5! ! !

Interacts with his computer, not with the patient.

After over 10 yrs with this dr, he was giving me pain meds for the pain in my back-Finally. Well, after I had a surgery not related to my back- he raised my dosage- AFTER we agreed I would taper off. So when I went to fill my last prescription, he suddenly turns it around saying I took too much. When I went back, he actually checked my arms for needle marks and told me he didn't believe I was in withdrawal! I was so upset, after seeing him for so many years, you'd think he would know me a little better than that..

I love the way Dr. Taylor really listens to me. Although he always has a full schedule, he is fully present during our consultations and I never feel rushed. When I first went to see him I was very discouraged from months of pain with no relief after trying other therapies. His warm, friendly demeanor and his commitment to get to the bottom of what is going on- no matter how long it takes- so I can return to a more active lifestyle have kept me going back. I have seen him in his Edmonds location and the I have found the whole staff there to be pleasant and accommodating.

The wait time at this office at minimum was 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time every time! Today was more than an hour. After they called me 2 times to reschedule. He lifted my working restrictions and refusing to even look at the PT's report. He is a terrible doctor and I should have listened to other people that had complaints about him!
