Dr. Steven James Terrian, DO

Arrogant and doesn’t listen to his patient. Incapable of giving a diagnosis, performs expensive tests with no conclusive outcome. Do NOT recomend, see a different surgeon in this practice.

Dr. Terrian is not thorough and bills incorrectly - however that's not even the worst part. His staff is HORRID. Sue and Bonnie at the front desk are rude and condescending. While dealing with a billing issue, I was hung up on, yelled at, and belittled by Sue. Bonnie was somewhat better and would at least speak to me, but she is also terrible at her job and not a nice person. Sue and Bonnie should NOT working with people, especially in a hospital setting. I hope this review can help someone avoid my hassle. If you are unfortunate enough to deal with this office and must speak with Bonnie or Sue, I would recommend asking to speak with another admin or hang up and call back later.

Made his (incorrect) diagnosis without even looking at the CT scan or chart first. His attitude was extremely arrogant and flippant with regard to his patient's well-being. "You look fine". Once he finally did look at the imaging, his skills weren't up to par anyway so off to GB we go. Do yourself a favor and skip this Dr and get yourself to Green Bay.

I feel very strongly, that had I not had Dr. Terrian treating me...i would have died. I have seen him for over a year, with repeated surgeries. I'm still very very happy with his care as well as his staff!! Wouldn't want to have any other doc working on me!!
