Very arrogant and dismissive and said there was no need to look into my eyes like every other eye doctor does.

Just had my annual eye exam and the Optomitrist stated, "Your cataracts are perfectly placed and clear". Way to go Doc Thom!

I was so impressed with Dr. Thom and his staff. I never liked going to the doctor. My experience at this office was like no other. The atmosphere of the office was so warm and friendly. When i walked in, the smell of fresh coffee is the first thing i noticed. The staff welcomed me as if they had known me personally. Dr Thom was very interested in my concerns and addressed each of my concerns in a manner in which i could understand. i highly recommend Dr Thom and his staff to all my friends.

Dr. Thom is a thorough professional, his pleasant bedside manner imparts complete confidence in his course of treatment. I will continue to seek his professional knowledge as long as he continues to provide services in the Fargo/Moorhead area.

I loved my experience at Dr.Thom's office. He was so helpful and was very willing to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions in a manner that was very easy to understand. I think Dr. Thom and his staff are all very professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Thom to all my friends.
