Had my wisdom teeth out and needed to be knocked out because of the tooth placement. The staff were very helpful and kind--they emailed me to confirm how much I would owe post-insurance, and were patient with my extreme anxiety surrounding the operation. Everything went completely smoothly, and I was provided with all information I needed pre- and post- operation.

While the procedure itself went well the billing situation was a nightmare. Upon paying upfront for the procedure we were told there would be no further payments outside of our insurance. Being that it had been scheduled more than a month out we were told the statement had already been submitted to insurance. Turns out they had not waited for a response and we were sent a bill a week later for close to $1,000 - in addition to the $500 paid upfront. We were lied to, find an honest office.

Dr and staff --- Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful. They handle their business as a production instead of taking care of people.
