This doctor is exceptional in today's world of see more patients, generate more $$$, and big business of health care. He is the most compassionate Dr I have crossed paths with in 56 years.

Dr. Trocha saved my life in 2012 and I know God sent me to him. He performed a major, radical surgery on me that other doctors would not perform. He also immediately picked up on a possible misdiagnosis of a metastatic disease. Others had incorrectly stated that the disease had spread without positive proof. Dr. Trocha has also performed 2 other major surgeries on me for later spread of the disease and both times has been a life-saver. He is caring, compassionate, easy to talk to, very dedicated, and very wise. He has the best interest of his patients at heart. I have recommended many people to his office. We are blessed in SC to have him and his team of doctors and I pray God's blessing on all of them daily. One does not have to travel to distant places to get the excellent care provided by Dr. Trocha.

I have stage IV colon cancer. Dr. Trocha did my colon re-section in 2007. My intital visit with him was ressuring as I was terrified from my diagnosis. He explain the surgery and what to expect which he put me at ease.Before my surgery he ordered a CT Scan. He said he didn't like to go into surgery without first knowing what he was up against. He didn't like suprises. It turned out that I had more going on than the tumor in my colon. I had a cyst the size of a grapefruit on my ovary. He lined up a team of surgeons (4) and all were prepared for me. The surgery was complicated but a success thanks to Dr. Trocha and team.I highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Trocha is the surgeon (dealing with liver tumors)on a team of doctors treating my husband for Stage IV colon cancer for last two years. We cannot say enough good things about his skills as a doctor. He has been very informative, supportive and skillful during this very difficult time. We thank him for his concern, humor and dedication. This battle is hard and he has been a vital part in the success of the medical treatment as well as a great source of emotional and mental support. We recommend him for future reference to everyone we know. God bless him and his team.
