Dr. Steven Satoru Uchida, MD

Dr. Uchida
Dr Uchida graduated from the University of Iowa College
of Dentistry in 1990.
He attended
the University of Oregon in Eugene where he majored in biology. Upon graduating
from dental college Dr Uchida served with the US Air Force Dental Corps
for three years at Osan Air Base, ROK. He started his current private practice
in 1993.
Dr Uchida’s
outside activities include weightlifting, running, bicycling, swimming,
skiing, bodysurfing and racquetball. He likes to travel and especially
enjoys travel to places which are totally different than that of Hawaii.
He likes to see different things and get out of his box every once in
a while. It also allows him to appreciate things Hawaii.
Currently
he holds an interest in human behavior and the conscious and subconscious
mind. Dr Uchida is self-described as curious by nature.
Dr Uchida
is from the windward side of Oahu, Kailua. He attended Maunawili and Punahou
Schools in Hawaii. Dr Uchida lettered in football and baseball in high
school.
